Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. Nice apartment very close to the Bernauer Str U-Bahn Stn. These apartments are managed through the nearby Raja Jooseppi Cafe and, despite first appearances, this was in fact a lovely little cafe with very friendly staff and some of the best coffee in Berlin. The menu was limited but the food excellent.

The apartment was the perfect size for a couple with extra pull out beds for a family group. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and lots of storage. The apartment was pretty big and well equipped with everything you need for a few days. We enjoyed the BluRay Player! The restaurant is great for breakfast/dinner, with very tasty and modern cuisine. The apartment is in a good location, between PrenzlauerBerg and Mitte. The U-Bahn and StrassenBahn (BernauerStrasse) are just a few minutes walking from the apartment. Very last minute booking due to air traffic control strike, and all hotels full... everything worked perfectly, very clean appartment, nicely decorated, all worked well.

The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved.
The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).
If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street.

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. The internet in the lobby was quite slow but considering that it was free of char
