Location was fantastic- a few blocks from the Pernety and Plaissance metro stations. Easy to get from there to Montparnasse, Invalidades and other metro/RER stations to get all over Paris. Excellent staff, young, kind and eager to help. Beautiful, modern design. WiFi everywhere in the hotel was very helpful.Great location, a minute walk from the metro station Pernetty. Nice neighbourhood with a lot of bakeries and a couple of very nice restaurant solutions that were much less expensive than the ones in the center. Overall a great choice! We will definately stay there again our next time in Paris.

Good location, walking distance to train and bus station. Residential area, very safe.
Comfy house, complete kitchen stuffs for daily cooking, good cable and wifi access.
Vidal is very sweet. He provided us with all the info we need to roam around the city. He was very accomodating and he is willing to extend just to make your stay the best.
Good cost of money!!!!

We had an apartments on the first floor - it was big enough even for 3 guests. It was really like-home stay. Very cozy, nice, clean and comfortable. All the staff was really friendly and ready to help. -

L´hotel est bien situé, 5 minutes de métro Alésia, puis 15 mnts de la Cité. La chambre tres propre, calme. A propos de petit déj: croissant, pain au chocolat, café, jus de fruit, pain, beurre, confiture, assez suffisant. Le personnel tres gentil, on a pu laisser nos bagages et les récuperer plus tard. Je l´apprécie! - Le calme de l'hotel malgré qu'

Very nice and clean B&B, quiet location, good breakfast and easy access to Versaille (by car) and Paris (by train) and very nice and helpful owners.
You can park (free) at a parking place at RER Fontenay aux roses for access to Paris in about 20 minutes. -

is at the edge of the central city of Paris. It is actually a very

The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is located 8 minutes from the metro and a total of 20 min to downtown. Staff is very polite. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes away. For the price that we gave were extremely satisfied. I recommend!

Hotel du Home Moderne is an excellent value, clean and comfortable with modern amenities. We were particularly impressed with the staff. Guillume and Jennifer, who manned the front desk, were outstanding. They always went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. At the buffet breakfast, Lore managed the breakfast room with efficiency and good humor. We also enjoyed the non-touristy neighborhood, which has lots of little shops and cafes and is conveniently located near transportation.

L'accueil des hôtes dès le premier contact.Très chaleureux et de bons conseils sur la découverte de Paris et du quartier riche en culture. Chambre très confortable et très joliment décorée. Rue très calme au cœur de Paris. Et un petit déjeuner fait maison délicieux et copieux, idéal pour partir à la découverte de la Capitale.
