Ce que les gens disent

Location was fantastic- a few blocks from the Pernety and Plaissance metro stations. Easy to get from there to Montparnasse, Invalidades and other metro/RER stations to get all over Paris. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were small but good sized for Paris. Bathroom small but well laid out. Bed comfortable. Breakfast (you paid extra) was very good. Would recommend this to anyone. Neighborhood near hotel had lots of great shops and cafes. A great neighborhood area, not a touristy place. .
tous commentaires Excellent staff, young, kind and eager to help. Beautiful, modern design. WiFi everywhere in the hotel was very helpful.Great location, a minute walk from the metro station Pernetty. Nice neighbourhood with a lot of bakeries and a couple of very nice restaurant solutions that were much less expensive than the ones in the center. Overall a great choice! We will definately stay there again our next time in Paris. Very accommodating staff and pleasant surrounding neighborhood. Convenient to the metro station, making it easy for touring the city. The breakfast hospitality is welcoming with a wonderful loose tea selection and, of course, croissants. We reserved parking through the hotel, which is less than two blocks away. A pleasant and convenient place to call home while visiting Paris. Very nice staff, friendly and helpful (they answered the questions about metro/RER, breakfast), reception is 24h open. Very comfortable beds with big and warm covers. Cleanliness, joyful design. Nearby - metro station (Pernety), boulangerie Frederic Lalos (very-very-very delicious bread and sweet cakes), cheese shop, wine shop, many cafes. Very good value for money. Nice place, nice design, very good located, a lively but not loud surrounding with a wide range of different affordable restaurants and shops, the Metro station Perteny a 5 minutes walk away. Small but cosy and clean rooms with good beds and the bathroom with a rainfall shower, small garden to sit outside and the smallest elevator of the world. Everything - Literally. Room was clean, stylish and fit our needs. Reception was great and the breakfast was delicious- Staff in general was amazing. Location is quiet and has a neighborhood feel - within a few blocks to metro station - which is close to all. We will certainly stay here again. The hotel was adorable and the staff was outstanding. The location was great. While not in a typical touristy area, it was charming, safe, full of great restaurants and shops, and very close to the metro. We loved staying here and are already recommending it. Lovely hotel that is very clean and comfortable. The bright colour scheme for the whole hotel is lovely. The shower in my room was amazing! The staff are probably the most friendly and helpful I've come across in a hotel. I would definitely return. The Montparnasse location is very convenient to metro (although that can be said of almost everything in Paris!), and has a real neighbourhood feel. There are lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was very pleasant and multi-lingual. Very accommodating staff, did everything to make you sure you had what you needed. Bed was very comfortable. Easy to get to Metro, nearby there was a great Brasserie. Good continental breakfast with all the coffee you can drink. Very kind and helpfull personnel. Last day was a rainy day and we could even loan an umbrella. Breakfast price-quality very good. Lot of choice. Very close to a metro station. Rather quiet neighourhood. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfasts', perfect selection and great croissants. Location was also great. Located near many great little cafes/resturants and shops. The hotel is near to the metro station and locates in a nice neighborhood. The staff is really nice. Though the double room is relatively small, we enjoyed a pleasant stay in this hotel. Easy to find, close to the subway, nicely decorated, staff very helpful and spoke English, cute place with a nice courtyard. Rooms are tiny- just think of yourself on a cruise ship... The hotel is very clean and budget friendly. The staff is excellent and very helpful. There was a good choice for breakfast too compared to all other hotels we stayed at. I found the staff very helpful in this hotel. I would say that they have managed to provide all the basic necessities in a a small space. Wonderful experience!. Great location with free parking on the road (in August). 200M from the Metro. Possibly holds the record for smallest elevator in the world!. Excellent stay at La Maison Montparnasse! Lovely modern rooms and very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff and great value for money. Good location, close to subway and many restaurant to choose nearby. Clean in the room and interesting interior design. Owner was extremely helpful. Breakfast was nice. Location close to Metro. For a two star, this place was great. The receptionist Mr Antonine is very helpful in giving information when we were leaving earlier in the morning. Rather spacious room and bathroom, for central Paris. Clean, well maintained, good bathroom utilities. Staff was amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable, emplacement is great. I'm already a repeater. Funky little hotel, thoughtful design and amenities, brilliant staff, good value, good beds. Great location, beatiful hotel roooms, easy access to CDG airport, excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff Very pretty hotel and rooms Wonderful breakfast buffet. Good staff, clean bedrooms, 3-minutes close to Pernety metro station, great experience. The rooms are clean and comfort, bright-coloured design and excellent staff. The breakfast is good. The area is good. Lots of restaurants close by. Friendly, helpful staff. Very nice hotel. Cool colours & Design. Nice location in a quite area, not far from the center of Paris. nice design. efficient use of small space. friendly staff. Staff very helpful. Clean rooms. Easy access to the city. The decoration of the room is very nice. It was clean. Staff were very nice! Breakfast buffet very good!!. Comfortable bed, recently decorated room. hotel staff are so friendly!!!!. breakfast location decoration. Style Location Cleanliness. everything ok. Friendly and helpfull staff, comfortable and quite rooms (windows face the court so you don't hear street noise). When it rains they give you an umbrella for free :) Wifi good quality and is for free. Aparently they also offer you cooking facility if you need. Location: a lot of restaurants/ cafes and shops nearby and is 5 min walk to the Metro station Pernety. The hotel was very nice the rooms were cleaned every morning the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that goes to visit Paris and just needs a place to rest and sleep. The staff was friendly and was accommodating in giving suggestions for activities and directions to tourist sites. The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. Nice little hotel, Not as far as initially thought to main tourist attractions, 30 min walk to Louvre 40 min walk to Eiffel tower etc. Helpful staff and clean. The bed is great and the room in spite it is very small, it is very confortable and clean. The area is very calm and with bistros and shops to get around. I have to mention the lift...haha...probably the smallest in the world? But that's ok, the hotel is cosy and we liked it. Quiet location within easy walking distance to multiple transport options. Clean rooms and price was fair for Paris. Place is ok. Not sleezy or anything. Relatively near to Metro after you get a hang of it. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean. It was close to a Metro station. The staff is ver friendly and helpful. There was some street noise in the evenings until 11 pm and then also early in the morning. It didn't really bother us much as we were tired from sightseeing and wanted to get up in morning and get going, and we chose to sleep with window open to get fresh, cool air. If noise bothers you, ask for a room away from street. It was pleasant to stay there in late September; didn't see fans or air conditioning; may want to check on this before staying in mid-summer if Paris gets hot then. Our room was a bit small, without any closet so if you're staying for many days it could be a problem if you have too many things. We spent all of our day sightseeing so it didn't matter at all. The hotel is very petite, as are the rooms, but the space is used efficiently. Only 2 sockets in triple room (for us with 2 notebooks, 3 phones and 2 camera it was a little bit inconvinient) There was no wardrobe (but in the bathroom there was a stick with hangers) But actually these disadvantages are tiny and they weren't crucial for us. The choise of breakfast is every morning the same, bit of boring after three days. No air-conditioning, the rooms are small and therefore very hot quickly. The carpet on the stairs could use some cleaning / refurbishment, looks now a bit shabby (but this is complaining on a high level). Check out was impossible due to women monopolizing the clerk for over an hour - we had a train to catch so I could not wait - but it wasn't the hotel's fault, there was one person working and he was being courteous to his guests trying to arrange dinner reservations. So he nicely took our key and we left. The walls and building seemed a bit thin - we could hear a lot from neighboring rooms and hallways. The only fault is that the rooms do not have facilities for making hot drinks. The breakfast was very typical, but was not included in the room rate. The cost of the breakfast was too much for what is provided. It was the typical European hotel breakfast of breads and charcuterie, but for 25- 50% more than we have generally been charged anywhere else. The room and hotel are in need of updating of carpets as they are starting to feel very worn, and not overly clean. Small rooms, and the bathroom was especially tight, only room for one person at a time, and larger people would have trouble moving around the room. We were on the street side, and with the window open, it was very noisy, especially early in the morning. Nothing in particular. Had a street side room with late afternoon sun. Room got hot and took a while to cool down. A little noisy at night but kind of quaint if you like to hear the night-time noises of Paris. Wifi is horrible. Spotty, constantly dropping, and we were right above reception. Breakfast is overpriced a bit- you can buy the same pain and croissants around the corner for less than 3 Euros. A little misunderstanding about being able to check in early but it's all ok in the end. A little shabby around the edges with "carpet and wear and tear". OK for a two star stop. Good price. May be a bit pricey even for Paris hotels, but quality is good. One (not all) of the recepcionists, didn't knew us but also didn't ask. He Just gave us the keys we requested... We could have been anyone. Extra charge for breakfest 10E, extra charge for stay in Paris (,,fee for the city,,), some hotel rooms are connected with another rooms with doors... Not cheap, but reasonable for the service and help provided. No kettle in the room. Distance from Metro Station. Nothing. heater made room too hot. No air conditioning. Noisy at night as our room was facing the street. We reserved a parking place in advance, the hotel confirmed it. However when we arrived they told us there is no parking place available. We booked the hotel because of the price of the parking place. The manager, Adrian was quite reluctant. His colleague was nice and changed my oppinion about the staff by the end. The room is small. No kettle or air conditioning. none. The window without any curtain in the bathroom which is on the street side... A little far from the center (about 20 min by metro to the main signts) Room is extremelly small (but I think it's rather normal for Paris) room isolation is not good (you can hear neighbours walking ant talking. For the time we spent in the hotel we really enjoyed everything, the only thing that I have missed was a safe in the room were to keep some documents, gps, etc... The bedroom and bathroom were quite small. Also, with no air-conditioning or fan it was rather warm at times. No where to park and breakfast not worth the money, 2 very good patisserie's 1 min walk away. The elevator is tiny and not very usseful. Stairs are high and narrow, not recomendable for limited movility people. Tiny bathrooms, badly designed. Breakfast expensive for not much, much better to eat at one of many local cafes/bakeries. Well, lift is very very very tiny. The smallest lift I have seen in my life. If you come in big luggage, beware. Bathroom was so tiny, it was barely usable. Noisy outside during the night. We could not get a Wi-Fi signal in our room on the top floor. The room didn't have aircondition and you cannot open the windows because it is on a busy road and is so much noise outside that you cannot sleep, so it is not a good hotel for summer season. We didn't have a control TV in our room, so we couldn't watch TV at all for two nights as no one in the hotel knew where the control was. I didn't sleep and the only two nights that i stayed in this hotel and definitely I won't come back.
