We were warmly welcomed in the morning and we got our room almost three hours before usual check in. We also got good recommendation for a cafe serving breakfast.
The room was on the first floor, but it was quiet and comfortable. The view to the small alley was OK.
Personnel was very helpful all the time.

Location is great if you don't mind few steps and if you don't have a car. Everything else is spot on - clean, good wifi connection, free use of computer/books/dvd's/games, free tea/coffee/local liquors, generous breakfast and friendly stuff

The villa is up some steps from the old town. We felt that it offered a peaceful setting out of the centre of town, and when we were there the air felt fresher higher up as there was a slight breeze. The hostess was very friendly and the villa was attractive and clean. We were offered fresh produce from the garden and an excellent breakfast. For those unable to climb the steps, it's possible to get a cable car up from town to a short walk away from the villa

Duska and her husband were very helpful both prior to our trip and also during our trip advising of items inside the apartment and asking if we required anything during our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all mod cons including very good wifi.
The location was amazing, just off the Stradun and no steps to the front door! The apartment was on the 1st floor. It has recently been fitted with triple glazed windows which keeps the apartment silent at night.

Apartments are ideal for families, very clean and very safe. Pool is small but perfect for kids to cool down. Great outside area for families to sit in shade and relax. The transportation from Dubrovnik Airport to Villa Erna and the other way round was nice and easy. The owners and other staff were very friendly and helpul. The pool was quite small but our boys (9,11) loved it. Our apartment was quite large, comfortable and clean - the cleaning lady did a good job every day! (And the city of Dubrovnik itself was lovely; I think we´ll be back.. :) )

The villa is in a good location for exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding area, especially if you have a car. There is a lovely coastal walk just a minutes walk from the villa, and loads of places to swim or watch the cruise boats coming in and out of the port. If you climb up the garden at the back of the pool there are wonderful views over the port and bridge. The old town is a short bus or taxi ride away. Everything about Hotel Lapad was first class. We arrived very early off the ferry from Bari, Italy - they stored our luggage and set us on the bus to the Old Town, which left every 10 mins from outside the hotel! The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were elegant, immaculate and quiet. Their bar/terrace area was delightful and the restaurant was absolutely top notch. Great location and beautiful view of the water from the balcony. The place is very well appointed, but a little bit stark (all black and white), but very comfortable. You could easily stay here for a week. You are within walking distance of the town center of Labrada and a 10 minute cab ride or 30 minute bus ride to the old town of Dubrovnik. -

Željko was a wonderful host. We arrived late in the evening and he took time to walk us to a good restaurant short walk from the apartment, we ended up coming here two more times with friends, great food and value for money. The location of the apartment was excellent, 5 min walk from the main beach, right next to the bus station to The Old Town and a Taxi rank. This was our third stay in Dubrovnik and I can honestly say that we enjoyed staying outside of the hustle and bustle of the Old Town,
