rooms appeared clean and were comfortable. Breakfast was more than I expected and dinners were very good. Loved the gin and tonic drink too! Location was perfect. Most of all, the staff were all extra special, smiles, helpful and seemed to enjoy their job! -

First and foremost, the staff treated us excellently. We had a problemwith our first room, it had a smell like someone had been smoking. I really liked how they stored my suitcase before check in so I could do my work and same thing after I checked out. I didn't have to pack my luggage to a business meeting. Also the convenience of the location being right downtown Victoria almost next to the museum and archives was a tremendous bonus. I liked how they put me in a room on the 14th floor which gave me the best views ever.

We arrived at a busy time but the staff were helpful, polite and welcoming. The breakfast coupon was great and we took full advantage of the dining room and enjoyed the hearty breakfast. The location was great as we just stepped out of the door, across to the leg for the Nov. 11 ceremony. When we asked for directions to another location we were given maps and clear instructions.

For the money what I had was literally a nice apartment. The tub was amazing with its relaxing jets but as a shower it stunk. It has a full kitchen with quality pots and dishes, not the usual hotel crud. You could easily make breakfast right there and enjoy it on the patio and watch the joggers jet or the sea planes land in the harbor. Breakfast w

The room was a bit hard to find because it is not part of the main building. Great room though - separate living area, spacious, good wifi, comfy bed, clean...all the amenities a person wants in a room.

I was staying at the Inn at Laurel Point because of its convenient location. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the start line of the Victoria Marathon near the legislative buildings.

The location was fantastic . We stayed in room 452,the new part of the hotel and the view of the marina from our balcony was amazing. The hotel is also close to the centre of Victoria. The room was large and the housekeeping was excellent. Staff were friendly,polite and helpful at all times. We had a nice lunch at Auroa restaurant which was reasonably priced,which included several coffee refills . Overall we had a very pleasant stay

The hotel is only 15min.of walk to The Faimont Express Hotel and next to the Inner Harbour. In the restraut of hotel you have a good view of water and harbour, excellent!
很喜欢这家酒店, 也在down-town只是在边缘, 从地图上看好像挺远, 实际步行到帝后饭店就15分钟, 在内港岸边, 景色很好, 在房间里的露台可看到海湾, 价格实惠, 酒店还有游泳池。超赞的是酒店的餐厅"Blue Crab"是维市上榜餐厅，几乎全能看到海景，坐在酒店餐厅边吃边欣赏海景，太棒了！
