  When we arrived Christy Zheng greeted us. She was professional and covered off all the information we needed to know and sent us off to our room in an efficient manner. When we got to the room I found that it was clean and bed seemed nice as well as I noticed that the towels were newer. We were staying 3 - good position , close to shops tourist attractions eating houses . quiet location . good value for money easy to find , plenty of free parking .nice size pool for families level 2 ideal for families as parking is on same level ,would also be good for wheelchair users at this level

  We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. And the location -- harborside -- was perfect. A short walk along the water takes you into town, or you could ask the concierge for a complimentary ride.   We were upgraded to a queen suite at no extra charge, very clean comfortable room. Staff was very helpful. They have bicycles which you can use free of charge , a great way to get around downtown Victoria - Great location in Victoria city but not on a noisy street.   We stayed for the main reason that it was so close to Save on Foods Memorial for a concert & was very pleasantly surprised of what a nice hotel it was. Our room had a king size bed & it was so comfy & the pillows were to die for comfortable!!!!! Had breakfast the following morning at "Kitty's" & it was very good food. My son had brought his bike along on our trip and it was an expensive bike and he did not want to leave it in the van the guy working at the desk at night told him that he could bring the bike into the room, he was very accommodating.
