Our trip was to help our son relocate to Victoria from Edmonton. It took a few days to move into an apartment so they switched him to a room with kitchenette; (even on-site washer/dryer) with everything he ciuld have needed and spotlessly clean. The decor looked new, possibly just well maintained. Staff very friendly, gave us the room for a good weekly rate, great location just 5 minutes drive from Downtown. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Right from the start we were treated so well by the Manager. He graciously came and picked us up from town since we had flown into Ganges by seaplane. We were able to walk into and back from town several times. Later he drove us to pick up our adult daughter who was joining us.
He was gracious and helpful and went the extra mile twice!
The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. We also used the hot tub and enjoyed the location with the view of the ocean and the woods.

We've never slept on as luxurious and comfy beds as those in our room at the Days Inn in Nanaimo. It was like sleeping on a cloud! (The mattress cover and duvet were down-filled!) Our room was clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The staff were most polite and friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. After traveling for close to two weeks it was nice to have guest laundry which was accessible and clean. they even offered to provide the laundry soap.

The hotel is well located, close to Tofino, but on the park side of it. A handy feature is that the hotel includes boat tours at a discount for whale-watching and to the hot springs, which was advantageously priced for customers. We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The only front staff that was working at that time was extremely friendly and helpful. The 5:30 AM continental breakfast and courtesy shuttle to the airport were much appreciated.

Internet found-All positive reviews to reassure and was very surprised to walk into out beautiful room with an amazing view of the harbour & better yet..
