Wonderful Staffs.1) Paul & Putnee (conciergiges) both waited until 2:00 AM when our plane was delayed for many hours due to the mechanical reason. They wanted to explain the ways to operate the room controls and the wifi.
2) Attention to Detail by room staff: Go and check for yourself: Stunning!

I had to be located near the hospital during a bad snow storm. The Residence Inn fit the bill perfectly. Lovely room, very comfortable, accommodating staff. Breakfast was very good, not your usual hotel breakfast. I will be staying there again! Wonderful hotel!

Clean, very comfortable beds and pillows, great view, quiet, parking included, very friendly and accommodating host, free Wi-Fi, coffee available, proximity to shopping and theatres and sleeps 6 comfortably.

Ken is really great, he's welcoming, and he keeps a really good clean apartment, also the place is near to everything, subways, malls, park, I really had a great time in the place, and I will go back really soon, totally recommend the place, thank u ken :) -

I enjoyed my stay at Red Maple Suite. Very neat and well decorated. Has a very convenient location as it's in the heart of the city and within a walking distance to a shopping mall. I'd like to thank Mr. Nadir for all his assistance and hospitality. Loved it and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

We loved the adjoining suites for our extended family from out of town, the large TV screens. This place has everything. You don't even have to pull out your laptop! Computer AND PRINTER all in your room. Free laundry on one floor, exercise room, great free breakfast and close enough to walk downtown to the tourist areas. Four or so blocks down side street to Rideau Canal -- great walking site! Will definitely stay here again if I have the pleasure of another trip there.

The hotel was conveniently located to all amenities and the city center. The staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The Continental Breakfast was bountiful and delicious.

Had a wonderful experience. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Jacuzzi tub was amazing and the firplace for a cold winter night. We really enjoyed our weekend at the Stone Gate Inn. Our suite was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning and the numerous choices. My granddaughter loved, loved the pool. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant, courteous and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. I would highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Orillia.
