I really liked the fact that you could get breakfast in the lobby downstairs. Of course it was delicious & hope to stay at other Comfort Inns in the future with the same hospitality. Staff was very courteous & was quick to offer anything else that was needed.

There were a few things,free parking especially when the Strerling's location was so close to so many things that you didn't need to drive anywhere, including Niagra's public Transportation the WeGo. The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded our room to a much
bigger suite with a living room and answered our request to have a
jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that
our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not
disturb" sign on their door. Free parking. The ag restaurant was
really well-priced and excellent. Great services there.

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed at. We have travelled extensively throughout the US and Canada. Fantastic value for money, staff supreme. Many other hotels could learn from this one. -

This hotel was incredibly impressive - easy to get to, comfortable beds, well detailed, clean and modern suites, extensive breakfast with a lot of choices, and great value. The staff was always helpful and super acommodating. I would definitely stay here again. -

I stayed for 2 weeks and found the staff very helpful and Friendly.
I would like to particularly mention Kristen who I found very professional and customer focused.
The room was comfortable, I would like to suggest you consider giving guests a choice of firm or soft pillows currently all the pillows are soft.

Front desk reception was very professional and welcoming (although an error was made on my room billing folio). Hampton Inn replacement bed-linen policy. Plenty of free parking, complimentary wifi, good selection at breakfast buffet and overall cleanliness of hotel.

Every July we attend a family reunion and stay at Courtyard Toronto Brampton. The location is excellent for us. The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable and the price has been the same for the last few years. This year we left a few clothes hanging in the closet. I contacted housekeep and the attendant was very helpful and polite.
