We loved the quaint atmosphere that surrounded the place. It is a century home that was once a doctor's office and it is now the most lovely B&B that I've seen. Owners are super friendly, food was amazing. Always drinks and snacks available to us. They were very accommodating with our requests. -

Undoubtedly one of the best B & B experiences we've ever had. The place is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and was beautifully furnished with artwork and antiques. The host, Bob is just a delight and his meals are outstanding. Accommodations were wonderful (love the bed!) and we loved floating down the river (right in front of the B&B) on our noodles. The Wild Swan feels like home. -

My wife and I (newlyweds!) stayed here one night as an escape from our busy lives as students. Hoda was a very gracious host. She made our stay comfortable and memorable. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped inside. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely recommend this B and B to friends/family traveling to Waterloo. Thank you for a wonderful time!

They used high end finishes and fixtures which made the room seem like a much more expensive hotel. When the staff found out it was my companion's birthday they left us a bottle of complimentary wine. A nice touch!

My stay was absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly and polite. The room and bathroom were large with a nice terrace.
We stayed during the TIFF, a Valmont facial was offered with the room (indeed, we love valmont!!!). The SPA is great. I recommend the manicurist who is amazing!
ONE restaurant is very good, the staff again is extremely nice.

Trump hotels set the standard for this level of price. Not cheap but plenty of little things - chocolates and water each night (gratis), as well as slippers and turn down service each night. Fantastico!

You can't fault this hotel, it's one of the best I've stayed in. The rooms were large and luxurious, the beds extremely comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The staff were so friendly, even though it's a large chain hotel it felt more like a small boutique hotel. It as five star all the way. -
