Unlike most bed and breakfasts I have stayed at, this was a suite with a stove, small refrigerator, and microwave so you can cook your own meals if you like. This is the only room/suite so you will be the only guests. Outstanding place to stay!

Hospitality of Ed and Yvonne was exceptional. Beautiful home recently built with outstanding decor and furnishings. View from the porch was beautifully panoramic. Gourmet breakfasts and plates, cup and saucers , and cutlery were exceptional. Attendance to our requests for dining and golf were very good.

I was a wonderful, clean and very well appointed suite. I loved everything about it. It was an exceptional spot. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They took extreme pride in their suite and it showed. It was very private and quiet with a spectacular view. I absolutely will be back

Luxurious oasis overlooking the water...a restful pied-à-terre to discover Victoria and the Island. Our stay felt more like a visit to a friend's country manor. Wonderful dining options - fab chef! And the personnel is consistently friendly and helpful (thank you Caitlyn!)
Will be 'our place' whenever on the Island.

Bell service was great ! He assisted us to pack our frozen smoked salmon voluntary with extra bagg for protection.
We were told by front desk lady that Wi-Fi was out of order temporary . But it was out until our departure time next day. They should offer business centre at least we can send some emergency mails.

comfortable furniture, especially the bed, which makes for an
excellent sleep. The location relative to the airport terminals is
ideal - no shuttle transfer to/from the airport is an excellent
"plus" for me. -
close proximity to the airport - it was great. We arrived very early in the morning and it was so nice to just collect our luggage and continue through the airport to the elevator to the Lobby. No travelling or wondering where to go. It was excellent in all aspects.

The lodge is warm and inviting. We had two wonderful and well presented meals in the picturesque dining room. All the staff were just genuinely warm and friendly to us. It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the shopping area.I stayed there about 25yrs ago and loved my stay so I wanted to take my daughter for her 17th birthday as that was a wish of hers.We both enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel. The service was excellent in the Yew Restaurant, our room was beautifully appointed.

I normally stay at Starwood Hotels, but for my first time at Four Seasons it was eccellente, the Staff, the rooms, the Yew Bar and Restaurant, etc. We enjoyed very much 3 days rest after 8 days Skiing.
We defenetly will recommend Four Seasons Hotel to everyone.
Vert Good Value for money.

We came in off season as to us it would be too busy in high season. We were upgraded to a lovely 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for the price!! I liked being able to walk everywhere as my husband needs a wheelchair for long walks. It is close to the border to slip over for a few hours. It was VERY quiet and peaceful which made it even more

The view of the lake and the vineyards across the lake was fantastic. Loved the morning sun coming over the mountains. Having a full kitchen and two baths was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable. Having a dining room/bar was a nice feature. We came for the FOG and enjoyed our stay at the Resort very much. The lobby is fantastic as well. Super staff. Very relaxing. Loved the town.
