Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the wildlife marshland preservation area. Room was modern with all amenities. Grounds had beach area, pool area, gym, dock and boat rentals. Also beside yacht club. Lovely restaurant next door. -
A wonderful surprise - Booked as a stopover we would have stayed a week instead of 1 night.

The room we stayed in was amazing for the price (we know it would be more in peak time). We had every convenience we needed (fridge, ironing board, etc., etc.). The staff is great and receiving the small gesture for our anniversary is a nice touch. We love staying at the Hilton!!

The staff at the desk were friendly. Our room was located above the entrance where the opening and closing of the sliding doors as well as the stamping of feet could be heard through the floor. This made it difficult to sit quietly to read or converse. This was lessened when the windows were closed but then did not allow the fresh air from circula

Allowed us to extend our time in the underground parking the last day so we could ski.

Pick up from airport was great. We were just transiting thru Vancouver so this was a very convenient place to stay. Restaurant in hotel was nice too. All staff were lovely to deal with. If transiting I would definitely stay again. It's right near a metro station so I imagine getting to town is easy enough.

When I read reviews it said the hotel was noisy & I didn't find that at all. The beds were ridiculously comfortable & the location was prime. I used to live just across Harvey so it was nice to be back in that area, not to mention the closeness to downtown. Walked everywhere. -

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria. The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. Very quiet air con room as it was 36c outside. Stunning location on the lake. Most friendly and helpful staff. Food and service in the restaurant was superb. Great place to relax and unwind after weeks of travelling. It's the best kept secret in Kelowna.

Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights. And to top the fun, we enjoyed ourselfs at the Casino. -

Excellent value for the 3 days we were there. Rooms are great,
comfortable, but not too fancy... Similar in feel to a European hotel.
Good, friendly staff. The ski storage room had a bench to wax the

Sun Peaks, as a place, feels like a piece of Europe dropped into BC's Southern Interior - it was a breath of fresh air to walk the streets. The hotel was also a great deal, with excellent, helpful staff who went above and beyond, and our room was well appointed.

I/we liked everything. Although we were out with family most of the time, we did enjoy all the time spent there. I am retired 62 year old and we used the pool area once. My wife loved the water slide again and again.

The hous -
I liked the central location - in this case, easy access to the airport. I was travelling with my sister, we were at the end of our vacation, and she had a flight out. We took advantage of the 5.00 casino coupons as well as the free breakfast. Both were enjoyed and appreciated. By the way, your staff is great! The front desk clerk was both friendly and efficient as were the casino staff.
