  Comfortable room; good choice of cheap eateries in the vicinity. A good place to pass through, or as a base for day trips, but probably not good for long stays. - Price was excellent, the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were very average, but they were clean and well kept up.

  Staff was very accomodating!! Had a mix up with booking (requiring 2 queen beds not one) but they fixed it right away and with no extra charge! Very impressed with staff!! Good breakfast! - The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Edmonton.   The price was great. Room was sufficient. Fairly clean. Fairly attractively decorated. Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. Air conditioner worked. - The staff were helpful and friendly, location was close to many things or a short drive, room was clean and fairly big, beds were pretty comfortable

  Value for money was good with nil significant concerns about the hotel's quality, service or appearance. Only hotel that had generator power when the Banff town power station went out due flooding. - -the staff was friendly -easy to park -nice breakfast (outside tables also available) -not on busy avenue, so not much noise around

  As we were only there to sleep one night and off early in the morning, we did not partake of any of surrounding services. - The service was great. Really enjoyed sitting in the lounge visiting with the waitress. Very friendly.

  The lady at the front desk was absolutely superb. The meal in the restaurant was excellent. We had Chinese food and the waitress heated up the platters of food for our second helping. Our room was spotless. The lady at the front desk upgraded our room so that we could be on the main floor as my husband is disabled.
