Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very
nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the
key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we
asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay
extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask
for the new part.

We've stayed with 2 little children.
The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it. Location is very good - just near the c-train stat

I thought it was a beautiful modern resort. The on site pool and hot tubs were really nice. The units were a bit small but did meet our needs for the short time we stayed. The kitchen could use a good frypan as well as a potatoe masher however we managed.The resort is in a great location and is just a minutes from Banff.. So the activities you can

Food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Great shower in the one bedroom suite. Nice to have underground parking. King bed was very comfortable, and enjoyed having the fireplace and balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. We really did get our money's worth. Huge selection of the breakfast bar which was included in the room rate. We had a couple of small issues with Internet and people smoking outside right by the entrance but both were resolved immediately. Staff were incredibly friendly. I very much enjoyed walking around your hotel, the atmosphere provided by the plants and the friendly staff. It was also wonderful to have breakfast included in the price of the stay -That restaurant in your hotel- can't remember the name off the top of my head- is simply amazing. I look forward to staying in Lethbridge at the Lethbridge Lodge again when I am lucky enough to be in town.

The outside hot tub, the kids loved it after a long day of travelling. The quiet in the room. When the window was closed we didn't hear the trains at all. The front desk man was easy to deal with when our key wouldn't work for the pool door. -

Beds are clean and comfortable, its quiet. Parking with plug ins is included. The first night, there was a problem with the heat in my room (way too hot and couldn't turn it down). It was fixed by the time I returned to the room the next day. -

This hotel is great value with a wonderful location in downtown
Edmonton. It is only a short walk to all sorts of shops and
restaurants. The legislature is also near by. We found the staff
friendly and helpful. -

hour and a half, but when he noticed how hungry we were, he took pity on

We had to cancel our original two nights hotel booking in Banff due to
the Hwy 1 road closure caused by the disastrous flooding. We had to
change our itinerary and travel through Red Deer to get to
Jasper/Banff. We were so glad that we booked into The Hidden Ridge

The view from the hot tub and warm pool. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. The condo was lovely too! The kitchenette was a great thing to have to cook our own food and the BBQ was very nice to use. The inexpensive long distance phone fee was awesome as was the free parking and free shuttle bus into Banff (not to mention the free coffee and hot chocolate in the lounge/lobby all day)

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very accomodating, friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The facility was neat and tidy always and very clean. The rooms are very well kept and the fridge, microwave and coffee pot are always super to have. I would definitely tell our friends to stay at your hotel rather than anywhere else. -

Our family enjoyed the hotel experience. We were only 20 min. drive from W.E. Mall (a very scenic drive). Buffet breakfast was good (included) and the staff were friendly and helpful. You would be a fool to stay anywhere else and pay more money.
