  We loved the adjoining suites for our extended family from out of town, the large TV screens. The Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother were an amazing find in one of our suites.No fuss breakfasts were great, with a good variety of foods, even for our gluten and dairy free member, lots of space for our grandson to wander around. Location is so close to many restaurants and even to the market, if you like a bit of a walk. - This place has everything. You don't even have to pull out your laptop! Computer AND PRINTER all in your room. Free laundry on one floor, exercise room, great free breakfast and close enough to walk downtown to the tourist areas. Four or so blocks down side street to Rideau Canal -- great walking site! Will definitely stay here again if I have the pleasure of another trip there.

  We really enjoyed staying in the student Resident units in place of a hotel, for a few reasons. Bringing our own utensils and soaps, dish cloths, etc., was something we just knew because we were familiar with our son having stayed at an Ottawa university. Really liked that, because we could utilize the large fridge; cheese, grapes, berries, cold... ce que les gens disent » drinks, milk, juice. kitchen! 2 bedrooms were nice to have because husband has a sleep disorder, so we were both able to sleep well. Bathroom was - I like that it was close to transit hub and an easy 15 min bus ride to downtown Ottawa. It was clean and well maintained, both inside and out (landscaping etc). The staff were quick and efficient, we checked in at 3 pm with a large group also checking in and didn't have to wait very long. Staff were knowledgeable about the area and what was available for restaurants and attractions. Heather was especially helpful with some great tips on the area.

  The familiarity of the rooms, being a university residence, as our son just graduated one year ago from an Ottawa University. I really liked the ability to just relax and have the full-sized fridge. The bathroom is great for a travelling person or couple. The firm foam bed, had a great sleep on it. They stored a package that was too cumbersome to take on another leg of my trip till I got back to fly home. Very accommodating of them.

  First they upgraded room to a room we didnt like...Everything was straighten out and Wife and I enjoyed our stay...Staff was excellent...I believe guy name Cody...great Job from Aug 24 - Suite was very spacious... paid for a studio but got a full one bedroom apartment for $100 / night.

  The rooms were very very clean, really enjoyed that it was easy to control the temperature. The beds were comfortable and it was a very quiet stay. The staff was excellent, also the inclusion of soap/extra towels/body soap was more than I expected from an apart-hotel. Overall, a great stay. I had booked with letsbookhotel.com, left my full name on the information yet somehow letsbookhotel.com had my first name as my last name and N/A as my first. The best part about the hotel was the location. I came in to see the CG on the Hill and it was a pleasant walk to the hill.

  Fabulous breakfast. Great choice if you are in town to do work at the university. - The breakfast in the cafeteria was great. Lots of selection. Burned out bulb in the bedroom was replaced promptly. Kitchen and washroom areas were clean.
