was very enjoyable, separate entrance plus a nice size bedroom with A large spacious bathroom.Quiet neighbourhood but (close to down-town) Best of all both hosts Richard & David provided a large scrumptious breakfast each morning,I highly recommend this B & B

I loved the feel of the house, very welcoming and Ken & Nancy were AMAZING. This was our first time at a bed & breakfast and now every time I go to Niagara on The Lake, I hope to stay there. We usually stay at the Vintage Hotels which are very nice but this FAR SURPASSES THEM! Oh and the breakfast is better than any breakfast any hotel has ever given me! WE LOVED OUR STAY THERE! Two thumbs up, 6 star rating!!!!!!!

Peggy and Gerald were fantastic hosts. They make you feel like family. We were given great information about nearby tried-and-true restaurants and attractions. Lovely building, huge comfy bed in a great well equipped room. Fab location just a few blocks from the Main Street, Niagara on the Lake is probably the prettiest town I have ever visited. Really appreciated the complimentary water and pop in the room. Breakfasts were huge and gorgeous. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, giving us tips on where to eat etc. we had a great stay and would highly recommend.

The facilities were great. Ample guest spaces to relax. The breakfasts were excellent. Seating for all at 9am is a very good idea as it gets everyone seated at the same time. The hostess, (Colleen), was very gracious. Proximity to town is easily reached by walking. -

Our host Janet was very helpful and had only just taken over the
B&B. She made us very welcome and already had an excellent knowledge
of the surrounding area, including local eateries and places worth
visiting. Sadly we were not able to enjoy the delights of the hot tub or
garden due to the cold weather. Our room was excellent and very

from the Niagara Falls and less than 10 minutes from the town of Niagara
on the Lake. -
We loved our beautiful room, and the other two available rooms are also lovely. Both our room and bathroom were well appointed, spacious and immaculate. It was very quiet, on a road a ways out of town. Friendly helpful hosts, great breakfast, attention to all our dietary and comfort and travel needs. Second visit and we will be back again and recommend it to everyone.
