  We went as a couple for the weekend to hike and kayak for 2 days, everything went great, Jacky greeted us and was present whenever we needed him, really friendly, we will come back to this hotel whenever we come back to Mont-Tremblant. I booked the day before I go and once on-site, I got an upgrade to a better room for the same price and I didn't even ask for it. I call that good service and I will keep this place in mind for future needs
