  Friendly reception, clean, fine for a short stay. However due to the steep stairs it did not fit well with my age, knee problems (but that is not the Kaizar fault). Good location, within 1 or 2 miles from the CN tower etc. I didn't use the kitchen on laundry so can't comment on those.

  I loved the experience. As a first timer in Canada and from a warm country as Ghana, the ammenities (heater and hot shower) served a great purpose.friendly reception too from host. Very helpful with everything I needed. Memorable first experience. - Big rooms, Kitchen, Near the subway. Bloor str in walking distance.

  The shower was a bit small but the room was very cosy and relaxing. The building and its neighbourhood were fantastic and Victoria's is well located with respect to the subway, town and the museum/gallery. The staff were very helpful and interested. The hotel across the street is 3x the price of Chestnut. The breakfast was as good as you can expect for a student residence cafeteria and plenty of it.

  The owner, Norbert, was so nice and very accommodating. He answered any questions I had and was kind enough to walk me to where the parking area was. I was late for my check-in and he called me to make sure I knew how to get in and access the room since he wasn't going to be on-site anymore. I stayed in the #39 building (there are two attached bui... ce que les gens disent » ldings). The facilities were VERY clean, which is one of the reasons I chose the Keppner House from the reviews. The room was very cozy. I stayed in r - Mr. Norbert is really a nice person and tries to accommodate your needs gracefully. The place is calm and hardly 5 mints from Sherbourne Subway that connects to all destinations. Downtown is merely 15 mints from Subway that cost $ 3.00. Mc Donald, Tim Hortins, Star bucks etc is through away distance. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay from 1 night to 15 days.
