The hotel gave us a very nice clean, large room and large bathroom. It was a front room, first floor and perfect for us. We think that the staff was friendly. Breakfast room with gallery was lovely. Breakfast itself was delicious. We loved their home made croissant! The servers were attentive. Richard gave good recommendations where to go.

We liked the room with the balcony with the view over the street, with the atmosphere and cafés. The nice little sitting room downstairs with free coffee and a piece of chocolate, was great. The cafe is very recommendable. Despite the bussines, the staff was always smiling, very friendly. They really seems to like their jobs. -

Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane.
We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids .

We like the location next to the restaurants of the Grande Allée, walking distance from the old Québec. We like the standard room which was spacious enough for us. The bed was super confortable. The bathroom was big too.

Their signature top-notch breakfasts were healthy, tasty, varied, most ample, and beautifully presented. The linens in the bedroom, bathroom and at the table are highest quality. This quaint hotel is full of old world charm. We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was more than accomodating. We arrived before noon and had no problem checking in early with no additional cost involved which allowed us plenty of time to tour old Quebec which was only a 5-10 minute walk away. Excellent location on pedestrian street near the fortified city. Hotel had excellent character and rooftop deck with a wonderful view. Wonderful and helpful staff with an excellent breakfast. I want to go back! By far the best accommodations of our entire trip with six different accommodations in different cities.
