  Excellent location in the centre of town and close to all amenities. An ideal place for stop over to the Rockies. Room was spacious and comfortable. Food excellent - Rooms were large, well furnished Staff very helpful Pool area very good, but hot-tub was being repaired so not available. Location was excellent

  this is a really beautifully restored older hotel in the middle of a small city. the staff asre really helpful and informative. the decor is lovely, and they include so many amenities. before you arrive they turn on the lights and have the local tv chanel with soft music on as well. they include a full menu sitdown served breakfast as well, an... ce que les gens disent » d believe it or not, you can phone anywhere in the world for free!!! i loved it!! - Outstanding renovation of an historic downtown hotel. It is well located in downtown Kamloops, with a very nice patio restaurant and bar. Rooms small but comfortable and well appointed. Charming lobby and lovely artwork featuring local painters. Short walk to the Riverside Park. Shopping and summer Farmer's Market steps from the front door. Staff extremely helpful and welcomingl. Would certainly stay there again.

  Everything was wonderful except the bathroom door. The pool was exceptional as the layout was beautiful and relaxing.The staff were very polite and helpful.
