  Rooms are updated, clean, washroom very clean, the beds were comfortable with nice big pillows. One of the better sleeping bed i have slept in a hotel. Staff were very friendly, the pool is opened till the last person leaves and they have a nice big open space for families and sports teams to gather for dinners and drinks. It is well located in downtown Kamloops, with a very nice patio restaurant and bar. Rooms small but comfortable and well appointed. Charming lobby and lovely artwork featuring local painters. Short walk to the Riverside Park. Shopping and summer Farmer's Market steps from the front door. Staff extremely helpful and welcomingl. Would certainly stay there again.

  The hotel's location is good, for a stopover on the way to Whistler from Jasper. The design of the hotel was very pleasant and it was comfortable and clean. - I love the fenced pet-run you have on locaqtion and your staff was very sweet with my Golden Retriever and spoiled him with treats and affections!
