Quiet - did not here an airplane noise; it is in a residential area, but with a sort of park setting behind. Price within my budget - CAD 96 incl. taxes. Breakfast included. This was reported to police because there is a scanner that opens vehicles & the steal articles from inside the vehicle. Thank you - This hotel was great value for the price.   I loved the price. I had my grandson with me the second and third nights and the staff accommodated a move to a room with two beds instead of previous single. Showers were close to room. - Fredericton is beautiful, the university was quite central and the walking trails were awesome. Will definitely stay again, on cooler nights!!
