  Beds are clean and comfortable, its quiet. Parking with plug ins is included. The first night, there was a problem with the heat in my room (way too hot and couldn't turn it down). The location next to Whitemud Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff and service. Janet went above and beyond about an article thought left behind in our room, she returned call in very short time. Wonderful.   I liked the staff, they were friendly and prompt when needed. The pool was quaint but well kept and clean. The breakfast was more real food than I had anticipated. I was expecting cereal only and was pleasantly surprised. I've stayed at way more expensive hotels and the complimentary breakfast is never that good.   I had forgotten a very special bracelet in the bathroom. I called and thankfully it had been found! They sent it in the mail to me and I had it within a couple days. Amazing customer service! - The room was clean and comfortable. Close to West Edmonton Mall which was great.

  Very nice hotel right in the heart of Edmonton, the chop restaraunt was very good, with very friendly staff, all in all, pleasant stay, would recommend to others, thanks for keeping a clean hotel. - View from 24th floor is amazing. Small rooms but very cozy and clean.
