The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. Walking around inside the hotel looking at the historical decor in the different rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. -

Edmonton Queen visible from our room. The Confederation Bar was a great place to see 3 wedding parties getting pictures taken on the amazingly large
balcony.We got free valet parking because we have a Hybrid vehicle.

This is a hotel we have always enjoyed. The location next to Whitemud
Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The
hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff
and service. The rooms are large enough and the furnishings nicely
appointed. The food is great. -

Loved our room - very high-end! The beds were very comfortable and everything in the room was well kept and modern. Our view from the 18th floor was equally wonderful!

city view. It was right in the middle of down-town and a five minute
walk from where we needed to be.

The beds were comfortable. I love Best Western pillows. There was coffee in the room and a nice sized TV. Close to lots of shopping, including the West Edmonton Mall. -
I was only here for one night so I didn't do much at the hotel, but the bed (king) was very comfortable and the room was big.

I liked the staff, they were friendly and prompt when needed. The pool
was quaint but well kept and clean. The breakfast was more real food
than I had anticipated. I was expecting cereal only and was pleasantly
surprised. I've stayed at way more expensive hotels and the

The room was large and clean. The teemperature in the room was comfortable(most hotels are to hot and it is difficult to adjust the temp.) I will use this location again

I had forgotten a very special bracelet in the bathroom. I called and thankfully it had been found! They sent it in the mail to me and I had it within a couple days. Amazing customer service! -

Staff were welcoming and efficient. Location is right downtown. My room, assigned on arrival, was a superior one, with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, lounging chair, balcony, very comfortable. Very nice hotel right in the heart of Edmonton, the chop restaraunt was very good, with very friendly staff, all in all, pleasant stay, would recommend to others, thanks for keeping a clean hotel. -

The staff was very friendly. The room was amazing, very large and clean. The restaurant was very good. It is close to Rexall Place by taxi. -
