We were upgraded to another suite on arrival and we were pleasantly
surprised at the quality of the fixtures, fittings and furniture in our
suite. Every thing was immaculately clean and it provided everything
that you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. It had tennis courts ,
basketball nets, a sauna, indoor pool and hot tub and also an outdo

hot tub. We found all staff members to be pleasant and helpful and
customer service oriented and this makes for happy customers. Good job
everyone. -
It was close to the town but was quiet and peaceful although there were
plenty of amenities if you wanted to make use of them. It would be a
great place for families and was comfortable and clean. The staff were
great and really helpful we were missing out tv remote and a member of
staff brought one straight away when we called the reception. Breakfast
was tasty and again the staff were friendly and helpful.

restaurant was good and staff was excellent - We really enjoyed our stay and the closeness to all areas. The staff were wonderful, especially when we had a concern about the heat in our room, and the coffee machine was replaced quickly when discovered not working.

Gem in the forest! My family is 5 people with 1 infant travelling from
Thailand for 10days in Canada. This is the most impressive hotel we stay
in Canada because of its style & location! Unlike lake louise that
seems to be so popular, Emeral lake is a gem in Banff that we mostly
recommended. Even it's 1hr from Lake Louise, it's worth
visiting!

Good room set up for friends travelling together - the two queen bed room was almost like a two bedroom - allowed for privacy. Would also work well for a couple with little kids - two TVs so kids could be in bed and adults could still be up.
Liked that they used LED pot lights.

The location is right in the heart of Banff. The friendly reception
staff upgraded my room to a suite at no additional charge because of
construction at the rear of the building and without a complaint or
request from me. Free internet in the lobby and free parking at the rear
of the property. Breakfast was the usual continental one but service was
with a smile.

The room was very large, clean and cozy. We've stayed at other places in Banff, and liked Irwin's the
best. Most of the other places felt more like overpriced motel rooms,
while Irwin's felt like a nice hotel. We got a great last minute
deal on a room, and were pleasantly surprised by what a nice place it
was. Also, pet fee was only $10.

We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and peaceful, which is what we wanted on this trip. -

Value for money was good with nil significant concerns about the hotel's quality, service or appearance. Only hotel that had generator power when the Banff town power station went out due flooding. -

This B&B is welcoming, comfortable and affordable. The location is great, service was wonderful - not just the breakfast but also the hiking recommendations for the area. I travel quite extensively and this is by far, my new favorite B&B. I will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend them. -

We love that they have a liquor license and that they can provide dinner on request. Our dinner was one of the best meals we have had in Banff recently.

Very accommodating. Our room was not ready when we checked in, said we
could leave our bags in store room. When we went down to get them from
the parkade, a porter came and found us and told us that the clerk had a

Great location in Banff! We arrived only to find out I had made our booking for the following month! The manager was really kind and helpful and was able to find us a room even on a busy Family Day long weekend.
Having underground parking was a big plus after a night of snow and having so many food & pub choices within walking distance was also a big draw.

The location was fabulous and the Lodge was great. We stayed in a loft with kitchenette and the views from the balcony were amazing. The bar was good and the food was nice, the accommodations were comfortable and quiet. Underground car park was great and included in price. Cosy, comfortable lobby.

The location was excellent, only a short walk to the downtown area. The
room was a standard 2 queen beds, 2 chairs and a table but it was bigger
than a standard room. Very comfortable and there was even a tiny
balcony. There was underground parking which is always welcome. -
