We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels). The location to the event we wanted to attend was excellent. The location was easy to find and the parking lot was well lit. I was concerned about airport noise disturbing our sleep, but it was not an issue whatsoever. The staff was helpful in giving directions and the rooms were VERY clean and well maintained. -

Everything about my stay was amazing we also had a free upgrade. The pool area was small but still nice and atmosphere was great. The staff who checked me out she was so nice and Friendly. -

To be honest, we didn't check in until later in the evening, so we
didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities. But the staff were
super courteous and very accomidating. Our room was very comfortable. We
were a family of three senior sisters and our very elderly dad (90 yrs).
Dad was very impressed with the fact that he had his own bedroom and
bath!! It really was lovely. Thank you so much.

The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool
towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport,
wasn't kept awake by the faint noise. Very relaxing pool and hot

location was good, it was great to have the kitchen facilities and the washing machine on our city trip. The pool was great and the views from the apartment were gorgeous.
The train station is only 10 minutes walk away and Square one shopping centre is also 10 minutes walk away. There are plenty of convenience stores around to stock up on supplies

Good price for the amount of space and beds that we had. Included pots, pans, plates, and utensils for the kitchen. Now that I have done a stay in an apartment like this I have a better idea of extra stuff to take and would definitely rent this room or one like it in the future.

Everything is just excellent and above the expectations. One small thing that migh be noticed. I stayed at room 402 room which is actually above the bar. Albeit it was the 4 th floor, the music from the bar is heard in the bedroom. The music is nice, but I suppose it shouldn't be heard in the room. Anyway, it's the guest's choice to listen it or n

Big clean spacious room with mini fridge. Some of the furniture showed
signs of wear. Bed was comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was on
the outer skirts of the city. I read from other reviews that the city
had alot of construction going on so I wanted to avoid that. This hotel
is a 2 minute walk to the subway. Continental breakfast, WiFi and
parking were free. I paid $289 plus taxes for a king room. There is a
park next to the hotel. Food was excellent at the restaurant.
