Great location, directly on the beach,free pool table downstairs, set in a quite location within short walk to the busy shopping and bar area, jet ski hire and other water sports.The apartment was large all rooms with A/C. - The most customer-friendly management I've met. All we asked for for our convenience was provided asap.
- We checked out for a week earlier before end of booking period and we got all refund for the period. We noticed about about departure quite late just o few days before.

I struggle to find anything bad to say about this hotel. It was clean and the rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. All queries dealt with and service was prompt. Location is not far from main strip and would estimate as a 10 minute walk.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean (aircon in every room and a kitchenette). The complex is only 5 min walk from the beach. Plenty of space arround the pools too. TSB staff - Emil and Kalin were exellent and spek very good English. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had the transfer booked with TSB as well as a trip to Istanbul. A

D - Clean and comfortable appartments. Lovely complex with 2 pools and a supermarket, close to the beach. TSB staff - Sveltana is deffenetely an asset to the company. With her finece and elegance, she adds quality to the holiday experience. Children enjoyed the pool very much.

The food was fresh and tasty.
The beach is very close if to use the short road approximately 4-5 minutes walking.
Overall we are satisfied with our stay at Karlovo Hotel and will definitely reccomend it.
