Even the basic rooms are luxurious, the spa district has everything - open, closed pool, sauna, steam, ice, cold small pool. The massage is simply the best - the woman has 40 years of experience. Don't miss the massage! Perfect for hiking as the paths start basically from the hotel. Restaurant food is good.

Everything! The staff were friendly and professional. Our room was spacious and with a great view. The spa facilities are great and the aquatonik pool unique. Delicious food and reasonable prices at the restaurant. We will be back soon. -

The staff were very helpful, especially the life guard who gave us very good swimming lessons. There was a small pool, which was ideal for young children, in addition to the hot tub, steam room, outdoor pool, and sauna. -
Spa center is rather new, staff is friendly, kitchen is typical bulgarian and extremely tasty, and prices are reasonable.

Our room was huge, the pool was great and we had the whole spa for us.. amazing little new hotel in the mountines.. Much better then the pools in bulgaria in 5* hotels!!! We went after enira to kempinski in sofia and were totally disappointed. Enira is great! Has a pool inside, outside AND you dont need to wear a bathing cap like in the most other
