Location and Hotel itself is fabulous. The hotel was founded couple of
years ago, so the rooms and furniture are modern with flat panel tv,
especially in the second building. Reception staff is good and breakfast
ok. Free wi fi is excellent, worked well almost all days. -

Nice hotel very close (less than 100 m) to the Kavatsi beach area, and about 3 km from Sozopol city centre. The hotel is very comfortable, the apartman was really big with a fabulous panorama to the Black Sea - do not miss the sunrising in the morning, you can enjoy it from the balcony! It was cleaned every day, the staff was very helpful, though

From the balcony of the room there was a fantastic sea and harbour view where you could see the sunset. It was also a good size with table and chairs plus an airer for drying clothes. The room itself was a very good size, with a fridge and coffee making facilities. The hotel was in a quiet street, but very close to the bus stop and heart of Sozopo

Everything was quite good: a comfortable & clean room, friendly & helpful owner, closeness to the beach & city centre. We liked staying here & are ready to visit the guest house Fotini 2 again. We're really grateful to the mistress.

Ideal for family with children. The beach is very close (5 min walking); the studio is fully equiped for self catering. The complex has swimming pools,supermarket very close, playgrounds (indoor and outdoor) for children. You can also have a great trip to Sozopol with a minicar just near the complex.
