They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites.   Great location, very clean and the service was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone and would use again if in Sofia. - Staff were friendly and courteous ( spoke good English ). The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. All in all it was very good value.
