The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - and the 24hr recption was always manned by a happy smily receptionist no matter what time! The room was an excellent size and had a lovely view of the hills of Plovdiv. It was well placed, not too close to the centre but only a 10 min walk. It was modern and well decorated, so too were the rooms.

Been on the ground level and surrounded by windows, though, the temperature was low and I had to keep the heat on all night long. Good design new hotel. Very close to the center, 3 min by car. Plovdiv is a candidate for 2019 European Capital of Culture, and it is already very well prepared for this. Nice centrally located hotel, close to the railway station. The city center is not far away. The staff is polite, especially the receptionist who met me later in the evening when I arrived (I think - George). The bed is very very comfortable. -

Nice hotel, small, but if you take the studio with kitchenette the room is spacious. The bathroom is well laid out, with a great shower and the only let down is the toilet seat moves, but everything is clean.
They have suits with separate bedroom and lounge which offer more space, but as we are heating milk for our little one still, took the studi

The Hotel is close to the center, very easy to walk to the main street.
The room was very clean, and the bed confortable.
The breakfast was satisfaying, sweet & salty for everyone. There is a paying parking close to the hotel, just ask the guy at the hotel, he will give you a card to put in the car in order not to pay.

Замечательный отель! Уютный, чистый и спокойный. После долгой дороги был обеспечен там качественный и хороший отдых. Напутал с деньгами при оплате (дал слишком много) - настойчиво поправят, даже если ты упорно не понимаешь свою ошибку; не успеваешь на завтрак – тебе его завернут в дорогу. Hotel looks very interesting inside. I had got very clean room. Wi-fi worked good. I needed a shuttle service from the airport and they came quickly to pick me from there. Friendly staff!
