  Stayed in many hotels in Plovdiv. Novotel is by far the best. The upper floors has a nice city view. The receptionists were very helpful. - Good position. Friendly, informative front-desk staff. Nice design and amenities. OK value for money if you catch a discount.

  Nice centrally located hotel, close to the railway station. The city center is not far away. The staff is polite, especially the receptionist who met me later in the evening when I arrived (I think - George).   L'emplacement est parfait au coeur de la ville historique. Petit dejeuner tres satisfaisant a prendre dans la cour interieure tres agreable. - We booked a regular double room for 6 nights, but got an upgrade for the suite instead (no extra charge!) due to room planning issues. The staff member that only spoke bulgarian was very helpful, friendly and tried her very best to help me with my questions (with result!). Breakfast was very nice, enough choice and sometimes alternating extras. Coffee seemed freshly ground. Breakfast could - Great location in the old town of Plovdiv. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Clean large room ( room with 8 windows!), large bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic with choice of cooked, fruit or selection of cold meats, cheeses, yogurts etc.

Напутал с деньгами при оплате (дал слишком много) - настойчиво поправят, даже если ты упорно не понимаешь свою ошибку; не успеваешь на завтрак – тебе его завернут в дорогу.
