The hotel has great location, not far from the park. Kitchen was very clean and good equipped. Bus station, shops and restaurants are several minutes walk. Everything is good orginized and I would recommend it to my friends. -

The moment we arrived staff greeted us very politely. The rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms have both shower cabin and a bathtub, so it is spacious. There's a TV in the room, and a balcony. Best price & quality ratio ever met in 5 stars hotels in Europe. Probably because of cheap labor expenses still you can enjoy service corresponding to a high level hotel on a reasonable value. At the hotel works modest and professional staff, there are excellent facilities the location; kitchen and security are very good.

Close to the beach and sculpture park where the famous sand-festival takes place every year. A very big appartment with absurd interiour and a huge veranda made our stay enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful owners/staff. Authentic Bulgaria; Yes, please. -

So many things:
1. Fantastic location to the sea - with the park across the road and the sea just beyond that. Burgas beach is stunning!
2. Very close to shops and restaurants, a 5-7 minute walk. We didn't mind that there wasn't any food served in the hotel.
3. Wonderful staff who speak English and Russian. Answered all our questions and helped us

4. The rooms are super clean and very pretty, -
Room is nice and has anything you can wish for. All people at reception were able to speak english and were helpful. Even the person who was cleaning understood some words. The shower was designed very well. Not everything is wet after a shows (like in many other hotels). Would immediately there next time. Nice park is close as well. WLAN works flawlessy.

Nice modern rooms, clean and airconditioned. Card payments are accepted. Initially we booked for one night, asked reception if the room is available also for another night and we ended up staying there for two nights. There is a bike rental closeby and caffeteria next door. -

Receptionists were kind and helpful with command in both Russian and English. Good standard of cleanliness. The variety and choice was provided during breakfast in both food and drink.
