  I like rooms, they were big and comfortable... Beds were perfect. Breakfast was very good. Service was fine. Everybody was polite... It was very near to Gondola and center of Bansko.   In fact we stayed in the appartments of the hotel, because it was said that on the day of our arrival they had a problem with the internet, so they did n't see our booking, so they kindly took us to the appartments. - A good and new hotel, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, nice spa center.
