  due to the poor weather conditions i stayed two days inside the hotel and by the way i succeed to relax myself - friendliness of staff , spacious rooms , swimming pool , sumptuous breakfast ( included in price !! ) - when we got there we got a room that was cold,there was no light in the corridor outside the room,and the telephone was broken. After... ce que les gens disent » a chat with the hotel manager we got a very good room . Though all that took almost an hour (evening) while we were very tired and that was the time we planned to spend in the swimming pool,which was closed by the time we got arranged in our room.

  In fact we stayed in the appartments of the hotel, because it was said that on the day of our arrival they had a problem with the internet, so they did n't see our booking, so they kindly took us to the appartments. - A good and new hotel, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, nice spa center.

  Nice view from the window. Big apartment, quite and noisy district. In the room is the small kitchen with toaster, microwave and everything to prepare a meal. The staff is nice. And breakfast is quite good.

  Good staff, close to the centre of Bansko. We have got apartment. There were two big room, small kitchen and good bathroom. - It in good position inside the town.
