  The hotel was excellent: the girl from reception gave us useful tips, the cleaning was every day, the rooms were big and also with kitchen accessories (just like in the pictures). From my point of view it's the best report quality/price.   The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff. The spa facilities were good. We were the only guests in the hotel because it was out of season so we had the pool to ourselves.   I was there for 4 night, i that was wonderful time in the hotel, i like the restaurant, they have nice pool and also great steam bath and sauna. The internet connection is very fast, and there is a Nintendo Wii for kids.   Very enjoyable and pleasant stay and great service. I have stayed before in Bansko but now that i have been to Royal Towers will not book anywhere else. Great location and high quality room. Spa centre was very good and handy especially my wife loved it. Spacious resort with central but peaceful location.
