Nice view from the window. Big apartment, quite and noisy district. In the room is the small kitchen with toaster, microwave and everything to prepare a meal. The staff is nice. And breakfast is quite good.

The best part of the hotel is probably the service. The hotel owner Milko is very helpful and friendly. He showed us where the best places to go are and was more than happy to help us with any

The hotel is located near the main street in Bansk -
We had a great time and felt very welcome at the Snow Pearl. Lovely new building, great view of the mountains from our spacious room with a balcony and lots of windows.
Nothing was too much trouble for our host (including transport from the Bus Station) he was really really welcoming and helpful - recommending places to go to and lots of practical advice.
The complex is close to the gondola, there is a sauna and jacuzzi; late check out is a huge plus.
Kitchen facilities did not really matter

The apartment was very clean, fully equipped and comfortable, almost huge! The price was great! - All new apartment, clean and well equipped, friendly and convenient staff.

due to the poor weather conditions i stayed two days inside the hotel and by the way i succeed to relax myself - friendliness of staff , spacious rooms , swimming pool , sumptuous breakfast ( included in price !! ) - when we got there we got a room that was cold,there was no light in the corridor outside the room,and the telephone was broken. In fact we stayed in the appartments of the hotel, because it was said that on the day of our arrival they had a problem with the internet, so they did n't see our booking, so they kindly took us to the appartments. - A good and new hotel, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, nice spa center.

I was there for 4 night, i that was wonderful time in the hotel, i like the restaurant, they have nice pool and also great steam bath and sauna. The internet connection is very fast, and there is a Nintendo Wii for kids.
