  Excellent facilities, quite a good location. - The spa facilities at this hotel are excellent. The indoor pool is huge. Bansko in summer is very quiet but you can visit the Pirin National Park for superb scenery and walks. Front desk staff very helpful. Overall very good value for money.

  The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff. The spa facilities were good. We were the only guests in the hotel because it was out of season so we had the pool to ourselves.   Very enjoyable and pleasant stay and great service. I have stayed before in Bansko but now that i have been to Royal Towers will not book anywhere else. Great location and high quality room. Spa centre was very good and handy especially my wife loved it. Spacious resort with central but peaceful location.
