The Aratinga Inn was a fantastic choice! Rennie and her staff are wonderful and so helpful. She helped us figure out the best activities to do on the island, and provided such wonderful breakfasts each morning. Afternoon tea/coffee time was tasty too! I really liked my time at Aratinga Inn, everything was perfect. They have great staff and very clean rooms. The breakfast is very good with a variety of breads and hot dishes each day and also a big selection of teas. Also, one of my favorite thing about Aratinga Inn is the tea time, that is served in the afternoon (4-6pm) with cake, bread and also a delicious soup. Last but not least , the owner is a really nice person that gives great suggestions of activities and where to eat on the island.

We had a wonderful stay at Sagu and the host, Jean Louis, and all the staff really looked after us. We were with another family and between us we had two toddlers. Our children were made to feel very welcome and the chef's made child friendly meals which we really appreciated. The bungalows had gorgeous beach and garden views and overall our stay was excellent.

Stayed there last weekrend, I'm Irish and my boyfriend is English. we thought it was great. Excellent value for money and the Poussada is right on the beach which was lovely. Very close to the main town but a little quieter than being right in the centre.
Meme, the woman in charge is amazing, really helpful and friendly.

Priscilla were so welcoming and helpful and couldn't have done more
to make us comfortable. A lovely atmosphere and a wonderfully furnished
room directly overlooking the sea. A fantastic beachfront location, in a
quiet location but just moments from the town and pier. Would recommend
to anyone - the best placed pousada in Ilha Grande.

The room was lovely, with clean towels, nice hot showers and clean bedding. The breakfast was exceptionally good with fresh squeezed juice, fresh fruit and eggs on request. There was also bread, cheese and high quality ham.there was a safe and air conditioning. The place was ideally placed right on the beach.

I really liked the hotell in general, it looks nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful even though most of them don't speak english we didn't have any communication problems. The back yard with hammocks and meditation area and breakfast in the yard make this hotel stand out. Lovely!

la poussada est a l'écart du centre du village(c'est la dernière maison avant la forét tropicale) ce qui est très appréciable et rend ce lieu très calme.

Theresa is a very nice lady , you feel very welcome, she only speaks Portugese but you wll understand. Rooms are very clean, brekfast is great, fruits, bread, cake everything. I would recommend this place to everyone! -
