Location is good, close to the city. Two bedroom apartment was spacious. Good for a weekend away with friends. All round it was a good establishment staff were friendly & room was comfortable & very clean. Very close to royal Prince Alfred Hospital that made it very easy to walk there.

Great help from the duty manager. The facilities and location. Friendly staff, location for doctor's appointments and nearby King street for shopping and eating. We were able to leave our car and collect later from the premises whilst we attended appointment at medical centre. Location. Great for our friends, relatives and Newtown. staff were very friendly and helpful. Car parking is a bit restricted & you have to enter off a one way St. The internet connection was very slow and at times didn't work. Arrived at 3pm..room not ready Parking arranged and agreed to....on return at 7pm, no parking available...was offered parking at a different hotel, not on site. Key refused to open door. I did not get into our romm untill 8.20pm.The master key would not open the door either. Sent email to Quest on Monday and was informed I would get a response in two business days from the francise holder...did not happen Sent another email and the response from the franchise holder was not to my satisfaction. none. Very high price for one night. Would not consider booking again unless it was cheaper, as condition of rooms a bit worn and tired. Only stay again for convenience to hospital and doctors appointments if absolutely needed to do so. It was not a studio, just a room with a microwave. Bin wasn't emptied when we checked in. Along with all other Sydney hotels, price was sky hgh for the busy long weekend. did not like having to wait for a staff member from quest in Parramatta road on the night I arrived to book me in.
