Generally: lovely and clean. Overall just what you want to walk into. Kids gasped and went 'woooh'! Loved the design of the executive Queen with 2 rooms: gave me a break from the kids and they loved having their own room! Furnishing and fittings were really nice. Staff all the way through were really smiley and friendly. I thought the personalised greeting card upon arrival in the room was a nice touch. Great for the kids, away from town and close to beach. Forgot to come in and mention that the toilet in our apartment (I think we were in 82) had a bit of a leak and the taps were too hard for the kids aged 6 & 9 to turn on in the bathroom and kitchen, a little bit of a pain having to turn them on for them all the time but no biggy!! I found the receptionist on arrival very negative and did not explain the credit card imprint until I asked the question. Gave me map but didn't explain very clearly..took 5 minutes outside in cold weather to orientate myself as it was dark too. On the other hand the receptionist I had in the morning on check-out was very helpful and positive.

I really like the design of the hotel, with the indoor pool and the spa being in the centre. Its quite unique and different. The restaurant was lovely and affordable.
Also the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and polite.
I would definitely return to atrium hotel if i got the chance. It is lovely and you get your moneys worth.

If you are looking for 7 star service at a 2 star rate, look no further! This was the most pleasant surprise. Was it not for the excellent service and attention to customer satisfaction by the staff, it would have been a very ordinary stay.

The never ending help from the staff over and above of their duties.

Being pensioners the room we had was great as we did not have to walk far to the restaurant. -
