They responded to our requests promptly. Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment. Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there. The apartment was very modern and spacious.

  All staff from the cleaners right through to reception and the owners were always very friendly and eager to offer any advice on activities, places to go etc. The owners even gave my family free passes to the aquarium. when the 3 yr old had an accident on his bed the sheets were changed immediately without question by staff at no extra cost.   Booked a suite which on arrival looked very nice, really spacious, plenty of room for family of 3 however all suites have adjoining doors to the next room and whoever was next door decided to cook a very strong curry which came wafting through the door. Great to have large bed with 2 mattresses joined so that one does not interrupt others sleep. Lounge spacious. Pool/gym was adequate. Great breakfast deal. Wonder staff at breakfast. Staff helpful at front desk.

  After a long international flight the Mantra was amazing. We arrived late at night so only spent about 7 hours at the hotel. But we ha the best sleep. Just what we need prior to an early morning flight. We didn't know how to get the bus to the hotel however it was only a $11 cab ride. From the helpful reception to my room to the spa, my experience was wonderful. Having found a reasonable rate on Booking, I expected something fairly basic, and this pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the surroundings upmarket, the spa and lap pool relaxing. Quiet too.

She not only accommodated all of our needs but went above and beyond the call of duty & helped make our experience at Quest very memorable!
