Everything about Heyfield Motel and Apartment was fantastic. Of the many

We (4 adults) stayed in a 2-bedroom self-contained apartment for a night
on our way to Sydney. It's a good place for stopover. We used
tripAdvisor to get a feel for the accommodation. It was as described,
the apartment was clean comfortable and good value. Location is good as
it's located on the Esplanade just a short stroll from shops and
restaurants. The booking-in staff (guess it was the owners) were very
helpful. A quiet, friendly motel with free WiFi. We are very pleased to
have stayed her

Location. Very handy to where we had to go. Would be a good idea to have
directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos
you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a
tradesman and then it was easy going. Can be a bit stressful for country
people who don't know melb. -

Location was ideal for our purposes. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. I should not comment on the facilities as both 1 night stays were just that and little time was spent there. -

We went to the factory outlets, and into the centre of Melbourne With ease. Recommend for anyone that needs a stop over.

I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for
all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham
down. I detailed them in my feedback at the time. I liked: Pure white

The whole experience was very good and all the reception and dining room
staff were excellent, and rooms were kept spotlessly clean. Free wifi a
definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for
getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett.
Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

Friendly Staff remembered our names and thanked us for staying.
We phoned to say we were running late. They went and put the air conditioner in room so it wouldn't be freezing when we arrived.
On leaving we stated we would stay again. Room was clean, of a good standard and very reasonably priced. -

Excellent place to stay. Top-class room accommodation, close to the town centre, friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely go back to stay there ;when we go to Beechworth. -
Very well located near Main Street. Facilities in the room are very good, roomy and bathroom seems to have been upgraded. Very happy to recommend the motel.

We were made to feel very welcome by the friendly and helpful staff. The room was large, comfortable and very well-equipped, and the hotel is situated in a quiet part of the town, near tourist attractions and the sea. It was useful to have a pc for use by guests in the reception area.

great location, excellent value for money as we have a large family and had to get two rooms. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Booking was easy on the internet, and our request for two rooms next to each other was accomodated. -
Julia (Reception & Breakfast cook) was great. Facilities were very good and spotlessly clean.

Did lack a dining table.
I was in single bed room. Cheapest I could get.
Awesome location - a little bit of noise as you'd expect.
The little bit of interaction I had with the staff was positive - they were very polite.

Service was excellent and friendly, the manager even had the heater on so that when we arrived late at night, the room was already cosy. The facilities are clean modern and very comfortable. Great stay - even though it was for business and only overnight- I will definitely be staying again. Thanks. -

The place is well maintained and clean and all facilities including the kitchen is fully functional.
Good place to stay in for a family trip and it's about 30 minutes drive to city center. Groceries and eateries are available in Eltham town which is less than 5 minutes away. -
