Location. Very handy to where we had to go. Would be a good idea to have
directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos
you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a
tradesman and then it was easy going. Can be a bit stressful for country
people who don't know melb. -

I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for
all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham
down. I detailed them in my feedback at the time. I liked: Pure white

The whole experience was very good and all the reception and dining room
staff were excellent, and rooms were kept spotlessly clean. Free wifi a
definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for
getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett.
Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

Basic but comfortable

Allowed to check in early so we could then head out for a day at Soveriegn Hill refreshed . -
Close to the city and main attractions. Plenty of space in the room and the beds were really comfortable.

The room had a nice warm feel to it, was spacious and well finished for
an older hotel. The bathroom was modern, great facilities in the room
including desk and sofa. Overall good experience in a quiet suburban
location with lots of parking. -

The position is in the part of Ballarat where we needed to be. The room is configured automatically as a twin room and is very comfortable and has everything we need.. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is modern and well designed also very clean. The best part would have to be the bathroom as I have never stayed in a motel that has water pressure like this place. Will always stay here when visiting ballarat.

The shower was spacious, loved the hot water and the pressure very good.
I was upgraded to a queen and the bed was firm and the sheets very clean
and crisp. Free movies easily accessible. Wall heater worked well and a
bar heater in bathroom good. Very helpful reception staff and

Comfy and clean room. In fact, spa room is the best one I ever seen in motels. Pool and outdoor area adds up to relaxing atmosphere. Would be ideal for romantic getaway. For someone who likes cooking own meals, like we do, there's also a public kitchen and dining area, and they can bring a microwave to the room on request. -

The staff were friendly and chatty and even threw in a free cooked breakfast one morning for us. We couldn't fault them.

Had only one night but could of stayed longer if had the time. Room lovely, huge bed very comfortable and made up beautifully. Bathroom just Devine loved all they did on the design. Very upmarket stay with a great price, would definitely stay again and recommend to others. -

easy location for interstate travelling, Although we had a room that
faced the main road, we didnt realise it untill we looked out in the
morning. Staff were happy to make arrangements as we arrived late and
left earily. -

I liked the convenience of the location. I had travelled to Port Campbell for the Stitch in Spring, which was located at the Life Saving Club on the 14th Sept. I arrived on the day prior, with the view to explore the area, and walk along the beach - both of which I had time to accomplish. Thank you.
