Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. It is within convenient walking distance from the NGV, Federation Square, The Arts Centre, Hamer Hall, etc, with lots of restaurants at Southbank.   Hosts took trouble to cope with my dietary requirements. Offered to meet me with an umbrella in the rain. Very comfortable bed and facilities. Plenty on offer to do though I really only needed accommodation. Lovely surroundings, beautiful views. Friendly hosts.
