I loved every part of our stay, the location was excellent with so many options for meals the room was spotless & very comfortable & staff very helpful my daughter loved the pool & shopping in the many shops just a lift ride away. Will defiantly stay at the Crown Metrapol again. Thank you -

The water features around the property were a lovely touch.
The pillow-top mattress was awesome, as were the pillows... I've never slept on such a comfortable bed.
I liked the rooms being smoke-free but that there were nice areas for smokers outside. -

Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished.
This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town.

We were staying overnight en route to a convention so accommodation was very convenient. Upgraded as it was my husband's birthday which was lovely. Excellent gym and pool facilities for early morning fitness. Evening snack meal great too. Would stay again if passing through with little time to go into city. Also saved on expensive transfer in and out of city which is worth factoring into the equation of overall cost.

We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book. The rooms were bright, clean and great room configuration for feng shui - mirrors could be folded away from main sleeping area - a feature I look forward to in a room. All staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. Bonus there is a mineral spa in the complex. Parking is good and access is exellent. I am extending stay for 1 more week as

This is a lovely place to stay. Our apartment was on the 4th floor with a view to the ocean. It is some distance from the town but that doesn't matter, there is a great walk to the ocean over a swing bridge across the river. We had two nights there and it was most enjoyable. Our apartment was very attractive with a great set-up for the ensuite bathroom.

excellent with kids as it was walking distance to the botanic gardens
and there was a small kids playground 2 minutes down the road. The kids

Location is magnificent, the hotel is beautiful and very luxurious - I only wish we could have stayed more than one night to enjoy more of the facilities (we were in the area for a wedding)

I stayed for a night with my mum. The wonderful hosts greeted us on arrival and carried our bags to our studio appartment. Service and amenities were excellent and very well maintained. My wife and I enjoyed our one night stay at Dalfruin. Our hosts could not have been more friendly or helpful. The accommodation was excellent. The property is well situated, just a very short walk from the centre of the very interesting small town. We regretted having to leave but had to press on..
