I loved every part of our stay, the location was excellent with so many options for meals the room was spotless & very comfortable & staff very helpful my daughter loved the pool & shopping in the many shops just a lift ride away. Will defiantly stay at the Crown Metrapol again. Thank you -

Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished.
This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town.

We loved the bed. It was so comfortable, the best bed we have ever slept in.
The staff were very helpful and polite.
Everything was clean tidy and more than we had expected. We had a city view king room and it was that and more.

We were staying overnight en route to a convention so accommodation was very convenient. Upgraded as it was my husband's birthday which was lovely. Excellent gym and pool facilities for early morning fitness. Evening snack meal great too. Would stay again if passing through with little time to go into city. Also saved on expensive transfer in and out of city which is worth factoring into the equation of overall cost.

sightseeing etc. Circle tram is great as it takes you close to nearly
any point of the cbd that you need/want to visit. Harbour town for
shopping and food, as well as the restaurants. Late check in was easy
with the pin number drop box for our keys. Staff were great. -

I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for
all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham

The whole experience was very good and all the reception and dining room
staff were excellent, and rooms were kept spotlessly clean. Free wifi a
definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for
getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett.
Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. -

We booked for one night, but unfortunately I spent 8 hours at St Vincents Hospital. So we had time to unpack and then pack our belongings in the morning.

We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book. Being so close to Lygon Street and a walk into the city was very convenient. Also on site parking. The hotel in exceptionally clean. We will return here.

The staff were superb. Everyone, from the people on the desk to the cleaning staff to the people in the restaurant at breakfast time were polite, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome without being 'in your face'.
