Front desk service personnel very accommodating and attentive to providing solutions even to inquiries not directly related to stay, e.g. where in Adelaide to order for a bespoke customised plaque. green surroundings in minutes. Good parking. A highlight of our journey

My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while + value for money.

We had a great comfortable room with a view over the parklands. Fantastic breakfast and great pool for relaxing,well maintained.
The hotel is centrally located which made it easy to walk to Rundle Mall to do some shopping and sightseeing.
Staff were very friendly.

Loved the room with balcony overlooking Barossa Valley. Was great to have kitchen to have option of preparing small meal if we didn't feel like eating out. Great base for exploring the Barossa, setting very peaceful. You do need a car. -

The bed was huge and comfy and the view was great.

I liked the location of the hotel and also the size of the rooms. The Concierge was very helpful in booking day trips and the laundry I sent in was promptly returned. I also found the check in process to be very efficient and JP provided a good first impression of the hotel.
