We arrived before normal check-in time.My partner was ill and they found
us a superior unit that was vacant and charged as if we had book a less
expensive unit. -
didn't get to see much as it was a very quick business trip. but the availability of late bookin and a safe to collect keys is a fantastic idea!

The quality of the new units (no 61) was excellent. the quality of food in the restaurant (dinner) was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Small problem with a mix up in the Eye fillet steaks not being cooked as per the order (which was confirmed as correct) resulting in two of four people having to wait longer and eat their meal after the

The staff were friendly and helpful. The complex is well situation to the Clare township and wineries. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, the bathroom spa and the excellent dinner where I experienced my first wagyu steak which was absolutely superb. Thanks Steve and staff for making our short stay such a memorable one!

Spacious, comfortable room, spa bath with big towels, private and quiet location, good restaurant, comfortable bed. Staff were lovely. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Enough pillows & towels. Toilet paper was decent. Bench space was excellent. It was quiet. The shower was AMAZING, I couldve stayed in there all day it was like having a massage. Wed definitely stay again if we were in the area.

When we first arrived at the hotel/motel we were given a room which needed a little refurbishment. We spent one night there and the staff kindly offered us one of the extremely nice updated rooms as soon as it became vacant. It was bright and very clean as was the restaurant. Room rate included continental breakfast which made the motel very good value.
The restaurant bistro was also very good. Heaps of choices and again value for money. Fresh local seafood. Was very popular with all age groups the night we ate there.

Easy access to everything we wanted. Friendly staff. Great breakfast and lots of it. Loved the family room we had as I have a walker and made it easier to get about. Quiet. Would recommend and have recommended the Motel to friends and family to stay with out a doubt. -

Well equipped and comfy room. Not as small as the blurb suggested. It was compact but not cramped. Design was good. The new concierge service worked well. We were let into our room early and the staff were very helpful with everything. Free laundry was handy. Nice restaurants close by, as were the zoo,

- The free wifi was a bonus.
- Great location. Bus stop two minute walk South & a direct route to city.
- Burnside Shopping Centre was a 10 minutes walk north (or less than 4 min bus ride). Has SA`s only ZARA store.
- Nice bakery & several restaurants directly opposite motel.
- Fully equipped kitchen made cooking meals a breeze. The onsite Laundry was inexpensive & easy to operate

I especially liked the extra large size of the room. I liked having the mini-bar and snacks in the room, even though I only bought a couple of items, also all the little extras in the bathroom and kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. The small smoking balcony was appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. It was probably the best place I've enjoy

I met regardless of job title. Everything was clean, tidy and inviting
