  Front desk service personnel very accommodating and attentive to providing solutions even to inquiries not directly related to stay, e.g. where in Adelaide to order for a bespoke customised plaque. Stay there for meals and one can skip the ones at more picturesque Windy Points. - The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff were particularly friendly and efficient. Food was innovative, tasty and attractively presented. Excellent live music in foyer. Convenient location - good for shops, museums and walking along the river bank - green surroundings in minutes. Good parking. A highlight of our journey across New Zealand and Australia. Thank you, Sebel.

The location on the water but close to Adelaide; all of the facilities; the housekeeping (everything was spotless, glass shiny, etc.); the food was excellent and well presented; the staff could not have been more helpful and gracious.   From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

Quite a large establishment but we enjoyed a quiet, restful night. Situated on outskirts of Victor Harbor away from the town centre but not too far away to be inconvenient.

  The quality of the new units (no 61) was excellent. the quality of food in the restaurant (dinner) was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Small problem with a mix up in the Eye fillet steaks not being cooked as per the order (which was confirmed as correct) resulting in two of four people having to wait longer and eat their meal after the... ce que les gens disent » other couple had finished. This aspect was very unsatisfactory but the quality of the meals served (albeit late) was still excellent - The staff were friendly and helpful. The complex is well situation to the Clare township and wineries. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, the bathroom spa and the excellent dinner where I experienced my first wagyu steak which was absolutely superb. Thanks Steve and staff for making our short stay such a memorable one!

  We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). The lifts were always quick and are a bit fancy. Nice tea and coffee selection. Bathrobes and slippers a nice touch.
